Composition metals melt in furnace under around 1500 degree , and turn into liquid metal which pass through a narrow nozzle, and solidify at rate of 1million degree/s. Atoms have no enough time to reach microstructure-crystalline state and stay in amorphous state.
A subsequent heat treatment-annealing at around 500~600 degree transforms the initially amorphous microstructure into nanocrystalline state in which fine crystalline grains (average grain diameter of 10-40 nm) embedded in an amorphous residual phase.
Application:High-power (especial more than 50KW) reactors of solar or wind inverters.
